Back to school nutrition

It’s that time of year again! School supplies picked out, pencils sharpened, backpacks packed, and school clothes laid out! This is a great time to lean into routine to help make the transition back to school easier. 

For 1st time students, I recommend trialing meals at home during the allotted time frame. This helps with timing and can also help the parent realize if student struggles to open an item!
