I’m so glad you’re here!

I’ve been a dietitian for almost two years, but food and wellness have been part of me from the start. Helping others reach their health and wellness goals is such an honor and privilege to me

The formal stuff - I did my undergrad at Ohio University and got a Bachelors of Science in Food and Nutrition Studies. The following spring I finished my clinical internship at Wellspan Health in York, PA with a concentration in food insecurity. After graduating and taking my RD exam, I started working at a gym doing management, social media, marketing and community involvement. I loved it, but I knew my heart was in serving others. Currently, my day job is a clinical dietitian with a focus in behavioral health.

In this space, my interest lies in helping others in their day-to-day life make nutrition fun, exciting, and accessible. I truly believe that good nutrition is the basis of lifelong health and happiness and I look forward to walking with you on that journey!


My Approach

My goal is to help you improve your overall health with evidenced-based strategies. I practice through a holistic lens in the sense that I view you as a whole being. Your nutrition is connected to your mind, which is connected to your body, which impacts how you see the world. Together, we will set goals that are individualized, attainable, and sustainable. Whether you are looking for general health improvement, weight loss, weight gain, or another concern, I will walk with you on that journey and guide you along the way.

My approach is not a 12 week crash diet, nor is it weight-loss focused. Together, we will work on sustainable changes that work for your life and your goals.
