How do i know which type of coaching is right for me?
This depends on your goals. If you are looking to improve your health, gain or lose weight, the 12-week program is the best way to make slow, sustainable changes for your health. If you are newly diagnosed with diabetes or another chronic condition and would like some education and general tips, the 1-time drop in session would be great for you! If you’re not sure, set up a free consultation with me and we can discuss further!
What will our sessions look like?
Sessions will look different for everyone as we all have different goals! Some sessions may be about tweaking macros, while others will be about diving deeper into how your body and mind feel. All initial sessions will begin with goal setting.
Do you have a payment plan or do you work with health insurance?
Unfortunately, at this time I do not accept health insurance or have a payment plan, but hope to expand these options in the future. I try to make our time together as affordable as possible, but if it is out of reach for you right now, please feel free to connect with me and see if there are any free resources I can share with you!
